As an Account Representative for Jared Howard State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an Account Representative for Jared Howard State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 165 Mose Drive, Sparta, TN 38583.
- Our office is open M-F 8:30 am - 5 pm.
- We have 26+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
